I understand that I am here to learn about wholistic health and better health practices.  I will be offered information about food, herbs, supplements, and other healing practices used toward optimal health.  I fully understand that those who counsel me are not medical doctors and/or physicians.  Any information given to me is not intended to be taken as medical advice.  No therapeutic or medical claims are either made or implied.  

I understand that I am not here for medical diagnostic purposes or treatment procedures.  I am not a member, agent, or employed by the FDA, FTC, or TN based medical board.  The services offered by any practitioners associated with Light Medicine, LLC are at all times restricted to consultation on the subject of nutritional matters, natural and integrated health practices, and/ or hands-on healing practices which are intended for the maintenance of the best possible state of health and wellness.
